Since I couldn't argue with such purely preschool logic; I put it on, which led me to wonder...
When was it that Disney fairies changed from this

To this?

And, is that ok with us?

And, is that ok with us?

The weather was so beautiful and everything is blooming-- Going to the park is Worth It. Very worth it.
We all LOVED it!
The evidence is all over his chubby little face...
See his cute little teeth? Appreciate them- they were no easy feat.
Yesterday, in a completely quiet house (rare, very rare) I was sweeping the kitchen floor with the windows open. I could feel the breeze and hear the birds singing in the trees. And I felt so happy. Springtime, for me, is like coming home from a long vacation... it's not that the vacation was bad, it's just that it feels so good to be home. You know? It makes me wonder what the resurrection will feel like.
Going to a Children's museum on the first day of Spring Break in Philadelphia-- by yourself with two kids-- on a cold, rainy, overcast day-- with a teething baby? This is a clip of Joseph walking (he's not used to wearing shoes)-- he does better every day, but you should see his head! He is never without at least a couple serious bruises.
This is Gideon's version of helping with dinner... You gotta listen close- his mouth is full.
And as hard as it is for me to admit it, I think he gets this hidden talent from Levi's side.
And Joseph...
Along with candy (and Cheerios), they each got a toy...
And a shark tent to share.

"Mom, Mom! He got the lid off, he got the lid off!!"
"He's fine... No, Levi, don't bug him! Just get the rice on or it won't be done in time for dinner."
The rice was excellent.
Too bad Levi missed it cause he was upstairs bathing Joseph...
The day after we bought this awesome cube/slide off Craigslist, I went to Walmart to buy an $8 hose to clean it... $35 later (with an $8 hose) we got home only to find out the hose wouldn't work with our spigot. Not to be deterred, we mopped the dang thing! Worked great...
As does mopping the car to make it "shiny."

He is a fan of Cheerios, though, and since Gideon is a fan of everything baby right now (except Joseph) he was in on the Cheerios action.
Okay, I know he loves Joseph in his heart of hearts and he is an excellent big brother most of the time, but he isn't always a fan of the little shadow who follows him around and gets into his stuff and always gets him into trouble with Mom...
Gideon trying his best to smile with his eyes open
Joseph has to be right in the middle of the action, which usually means right under my feet (literally), especially when I'm cooking/baking. He is very determined and persistent...
I love my boys so much!
