"We would do well to slow down a little, focus on the significant, lift up our eyes and truly see the things that matter most.
Strength comes not from frantic activity, but from being settled on a firm foundation of truth and light.
It comes from paying attention to the divine things that matter most." Elder Uchtdorf

Temple Square

Every year at Christmas, my (Christine's) family would pile into our van and make the drive from Idaho to see the lights on Temple Square. So to carry on the tradition, our little family has done it every year since Levi and I were married. This year, Levi had a class in SL and my dad was picking up my mom from the airport, so we all met up to see the lights. Gideon loved the lights and especially the temple. As we were walking around the square, I heard him singing softly in his stroller... it took me awhile before I could stop and catch the words, but he was singing "I Love to See the Temple." It was so sweet! He said it looked like a castle.

We do love the temple and are grateful for the Christmas season to slow down and remember our Savior.

I'm pretty sure I'm the luckiest, most blessed person in the world!

I couldn't resist including one of the toughest flowers I've ever met!
