9 Month Stats

Joseph just had his 9 month check-up and during the visit, the doctor made the comment that he must be getting enough to eat because he "certainly burns a lot of calories." Understatement of the year! During the appointment I also had to tell her that he crawled off the bed the other night- call me, I'll tell you about it.

Weight-21 lbs 6 oz. -I think this is where he has been for a couple of months now- he is always moving and hasn't gained much weight (62%).
Height- 27.5 in. (21%) she measured him twice because according to this measurement he hadn't grown in the last 3 months (tell that to the new wardrobe I had to buy because he outgrew all his pants and onesies!) He's always been hard to measure- they measured him in the hospital when he was born (Levi swore they did it wrong), and then at his 10 day appt. he was 2 inches taller!
Head- 53% hurray!... he's on the charts (unlike big brother Gideon)

He's doing great, and I won't be at all surprised if he's walking in the next couple of weeks... he already takes a few steps here and there. He's not quite coordinated enough to walk (and he's got some serious leg rolls to organize) and he's still really wobbly, but he wants to so bad that he'll do it soon. That's just how he is.
